rental rates + notes to the rental rates and reservations

Notes to the rental rates
Your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent us a confirmation email and paid all required deposits.
25% at booking to secure your dates. This is not refundable and so we recommend that you take out travel insurance;
50% of the security deposit ( € 350.00 in total).
We require the balance to be paid in full within 6 weeks of your arrival dates.; booking fees need to be paid within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. In case of shorter term you have to pay the full amount.
The security deposit will be refunded within a week after leaving the house. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks , there will be no repayment ( again think of the travel insurance!).
Payment by ING- Bank Netherlands (ask for info).

You have the obligation to leave the villa in clean and good condition at the end of your stay. Any damage or costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
Costs of cleaning are € 75.-
Again we strongly recommend you to take out a travel insurance that covers the cancellation fees. Its your responsibility to ensure that the insurance is adequate and appropriate for your needs.

During the high season we only accept reservations for at least 2 weeks. The minimum stay during low season is at least 1 week.
However you can contact us for alternative periods. We will try to accommodate your wishes for short stays if possible! The weekprice devided by seven is the dayprice and a minimum of 5 days.

The owner waives any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, theft ( money included) or injury to the quests during their stay at the villa.If any damage will occur to the pool caused by you or the family by not following the rules** you will be charged by our insurance.
