The villa
On the property (4500 m2), at the edge of the town you find our house and the fully detached holiday villa( 100 m2 ).
Attached to the villa there's a large covered terrace ( 35 m2) with a fully fitted outside summer kitchen, complete with BBQ-gas, steel wok, deep fryer, small fridge and a double sink with mixed tap.
The terrace is completed with a large table and 6 chairs. At the side of the house French doors open up to a pleasant breakfast terrace ( 20 m2 )with a large table with 6 chairs.

The bright and spacious open plan ground floor covers the kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area and a separate spacious bathroom.
A staircase takes you to the second floor and three bedrooms.
One is a large bedroom with double bed.A second, the masters bedroom, has a queen size bed, 5 doors linen closet 2 chests of drawers and the third has two separate twin beds.
For the baby (or babies) we have the complete sleep accommodation.
All rooms are light and airy, with ample storage space.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. For your comfort , the villa offers both heating and air conditioning, and can easily accommodate up to six people very comfortably all year round. The house was recently built and luxuriously decorated with character- filled furniture and provided with all modern facilities.

On the ground floor you will find two sofas, two comfy chairs, a large round dining table with six chairs, a large media cupboard with satellite TV, WiFi, radio/CD and a DVD player, books, CD's, DVD's and games. A large white cupboard stores linen, towels, duvets, blankets and pillows. Throughout the house there's good lightning and reading lights.

The large open plan kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob and exhaust fan, full size fridge/freeze, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker + Senseo for coffee pads, ironing board and vacuum cleaner etc.
The bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and dubble sink. Storage facilities are extensive and amenities include things like blow dryer. Under the staircase there's even more fitted storage and wardrobe space and everything you'll need to feel just at home.

Basically we think that the dishwasher must be fully filled up, so we provide enough crockery and cutlery for eco- and economic reasons.

Stone and glass oven dishes, baking tins, plastic boxes for the fridge,
stainless steel dishes, sieve, stainless steel pans with glass covers, saucepans, wok, frying pans, (extra) crockery and (extra) cutlery, glass pots, vase, all kind of drinking glasses, place mats, trays, baskets, fruit bowl, big dishes and bowls, hand blender, spices, all kind of kitchen tools, table clothes, pedal bin, Senseo coffee machine and normal coffee machine, micro wave, electric kettle, metal tea pot,
coffee pot and so on.........

storage:
store room and under the staircase:
buckets, toaster, steam iron and iron board, storage bins, cool box, broom, mop, dust pan and brush, vacuum cleaner, beach screen and parasols, beach towels, cushions for seats and chairs

Bedroom facilities:
protection for all new mattresses, flannel under sheets, duvets, blankets and sufficient pillows.
